Lfg they took money out of my account with out my okay

I had let this company talk me into changing credit card companys. With in two weeks I cancelled. 5 yrs later they debt my account 1200.81. I could not stop payment on it. It had to be done within 24 hrs. I didn't know it until I got my bank statement in the mail. 1200 hundred dollars hurts a small business like mine.
