I requested a Get-Well mechanism shipping for my eight-year old son - he is had surgery this week and that I requested in sufficient time for shipping today. "the incorrect label" (whilst the customer support representative stated) was placed on the shipping also it was delivered to the incorrect target. He was extremely rude.
