Stub Hub simply awful

I offered passes through Stub Center and accidentally place the chairs within the incorrect area. These were offered and upon bill the customer informed them-they were incorrect. Stub Hub charged me A - 15% fee about the seats. Then they debited my charge card the price to obtain the customer an "equivalent or greater" chair that we am certain that they charged one more fee on. They charged mean extra charge 6 nights later for reasons unknown.

I've named and, like several after being about the telephone for 30 minsapproximately got nowhere with impolite condescending managemnt and workers. I had been never informed or suggested that after the seats were incorrect I'd be economically accountable for the individuals "updates". Our issue is the fact that they started all the costs without notice, with no explanation of the cost, and without agreement to do this, in addition to double-billing profits. Their customer support is rude & terrible as well as their communications are terrible. They actually approved all the costs with no customer actually sending the wrong seats back again to me.

Having completed my study today, and observing just how many individuals (Customers and Vendors) which have reported about Stub Centre they nevertheless bring an A score using the Better Business Office. I believe it'd do everybody a benefit that's an issue together to inform the BBB and find an answer.
