Deceptive Practices Won't mail your statement so you incur late fees

Emerge is such a joke! Providian uses this company to bad it's crummy debt on the backs of working Americans! Emerge claims my statement was "lost in the mail" and yet have not waived a $35.00 late fee for a supposedly late payment. Which I also dispute. I have contacted my state's attorney general's office and filed numerous complaints! The only thing ANY of us can do is pay off these jerks. The "credit" they offer is junk and meant to sink all of us deeper into debt. What good does it do you? You are better off borrowing money from a loan shark on 5th avenue, at least they will tell you WHEN they are going to break your legs!
