Bad service

I've two bundles deliver out of the Specific shop in the same period. One was delivered in regards to a week & a half before & another on continues to be @ my local postoffice where their trackin meassage informs me to hold back about 2-3 times before shipping... Well which was on 23 Jan & my material still hasnt been shipped. That is freakin madness. USPS provides email to my home daily therefore it is nothing like they're holdin till they've anything to provide my handle so wherever the * is my sh*t??? Im tryin to determine if it'll be shipped before I increase to my regional office & sh*t stones
