Scam in how they get a person signed up for programs

I simply visited proflowers and place in a fictious purchase with no where did I see everywhere to "sign up" for just one of the applications. I believe it's a fraud in the term proceed and really should be halted. I sent Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh, given that they promot utilizing Proflowers, and advised them of Proflowers methods. Period may tell if something is performed about them.
