Misleading and fraudulent

We chose to register with Encore following the sales person showing people that their application works with this existing POS program. We offered him a look for $125 and after about 14 days, the sales person returned to us and recommended us that their application is not suitable and we'd need to undergo each one of these additional actions to clean out our seats on our POS program. He requested us if we desired to proceed or if we desired to stop and he'd ensure that the $125 was returned back again to us. Because their program could not do the things they guaranteed, we chose to stop. It has been over per month today, and we've simply been obtaining the run-around about obtaining our return back. The repetition offered us the amount to his boss after our recurring efforts to stay this with him and today the boss is providing us the run-around. I believe they genuinely believe that when they pull this out long enough, then we will just disappear. I really hope they understand that this isn't the situation. Do not actually opt for Encore. These were unethical about their costs and certainly will just provide you with the run-around using their customer support. Something to create a dollar, even when it is essentially taking hard make money from the small company.
