USA Super Store, Ripoff company nipped by consumer thanks to savvy report by usacomplaints.com Postings

Kudos to usacomplaints.com! I (unwittingly) believed that I had finally found a credit card that would help me to repair a bad credit history and boost my rating.

After responding to an online offer in which a $99 "processing fee" that included $24.95 for "elite" services was required I decided to check with the BBB (which I should have done first). The offer was appealing and chock full of all kinds of "elite" goodies like Rx discounts, road service and even an unsecured national brand credit card with an additional $5000 credit limit, and 24-hour access to their "store" - with bad credit, I thought how is this possible.

When I typed in the usacreditsuperstore.com web address your web page returned. I read the responses and the suggestions on how to censure USA Credit's deception. I am happy to report that my financial institution was very amicable, even appalled. They immediately restored my $99 (which had just been transacted the day before) and closed that account - I now have a new account. I filed a "Written Statement Under Penalty of Purgery" form. I did try to contact USA Credit but I only got recorded messages and the web address has been changed.

I contacted the AG in my state and there are about 8 different phone numbers and company names; the 2 numbers I have are: 866-600-7828 and 1-800-594-3993. Again, kudos to the work you are doing and enlightening those of us who want to believe there is still such values as truth, honesty, justice - and revenge for those who would try to deceive. (this report could list under 2 categories: corrupt company and false advertising - the head honcho is in prison and the BBB currently has over 750 complaints on record re: scams).
