Did not deliver DVD video of my sisters graduation ceremony at APU, CA! Life was always a struggle for her and never lost sight of her hopes and dreams. This event is of great importance

I paid $43.24 for a graduation ceremony to DVD Productions LLC. They said it will be deliverd within a month or two. As two months approached I called and left several messages with an answering real person service. Never did I get a call back or the DVD of the graduation.
