Awful customer service

I've been attempting to have our Bladez Treadmill maintained and can't get anybody about the telephone through UTS (they're those who contain the extended warrenty agreement). They've terrible telephone service and terrible customer support. I've actually the support technology calling for me personally to truly have a component delivered by UTS out to us. Please realize that the extended warrenty through the corporation is just a laugh along with a waste of cash.
