I am operating on Highway 78 in Marshall County, MS and I-drive on a Situation Trooper who's keeping back traffic for no obvious cause so I experience behind for around 10-moments. We're originally driving 68mph, then we sluggish to 62mph, then back-up to 65mph back again to 62 as much as 68 and so forth, after I obtain the opportunity I accelerate to 70 and begin to move. I obtain a blue-light display but I go right ahead and move heading dead-on 70 using the sail involved. The orange lamps seriously and he draws me over stating I had been performing 73 in A70 and wrties me a solution. Why?
