Never shipped product, email not working, phone answering machine full

I purchased some shoes for my son on the Caliskatz website. I got an email saying they would let me know when the items shipped, but it would be withing 24 hours, then two weeks later another email saying the items had shipped. I never received the shoes. I emailed their customer service several times asking for assistance and finally called the telephone number on their website. The answering machine I got was a man's voice saying it was Caliskatz, but the mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a message. I assume the company is going out of business. I was charged $63.86 and never received anything.
