Bad customer service

Poor customer support is merely a major exaggeration at Mandurah Outboards. Not just did they misdiagnose the issue with my vessel but after they finished their so-called repairs, the vessel returned in my experience in worse situation (no reverse gear).

Somehow they were able to speak me into investing more income and after I acquired the vessel the 2nd period, the statement was greater than initially cited. Though furious, I politely asked the statement and was rapidly turn off having a mental battery in the technician and woman in front desk.incredibly, after I next required the vessel to get a work, the issue nevertheless was not mounted

Therefore there I had been $1000 worse-off having a buggered vessel with no solutions. Towards the shops credit, the dog owner named me back after I reported, and guaranteed to correct the problem inside a couple weeks. He was really comprehension, but sadly this is the last I heard from him. After I required an update a couple of months later, exactly the same top desk woman declined to place me through and handled me just like a typical felony.
