A violet sea, Inc. Company costume never shipped, credit card was still charged, wont refund my money

In Oct. 2009 i ordered a costume nothingbutcostumes.com I paid an extra $24.99 for overnight shipping plus the $42.00 tax for the costume itself so all together I paid about $70 dollars the costume was never found in the warehouse so it never got shipped out to me but they still charged my credit card. After talking to the manager mark i was told my order would be canceled & they would refund my money immediately its now Jan. 2010 and i still haven't received my refund I've tried calling, no answer just a recording so i left a MSG but they never return my calls i tried emailing, no reply so I finally got fed up with the lack of communication and their unwillingness cooperate with me and sent them a few "strongly worded" emails, finally i got a response they responded with an email saying they reported me and would get an arrest warrant issued if i kept it up and blocking any emails from my IP address from being accepted so now I cant email them but I do have marks personal home telephone number (732) 230-3082 which was given to me by mark himself when I was still a potential sale I tried talking to mark on this number a he told me he couldn't help me because he was only the web developer for the company, LIAR!!! I know its only $70 dollars but I refuse to let them keep my money for receiving nothing so I will continue trying to get my refund.
