Franchisee Ripped off

I purchased a franchise from Aussie Pet Mobile.in addition to franchise fees, they took 50K in "rebate" money to be given back at the purchase of the 2nd & 3rd grooming vans. When it came time to expand they said the "rebate" program was discontinued, which would have been fine with me except they kept the 50K! Now, I am out of money, and I can't expand. I have a neck injury, and I was repeatedly reassured that I did not need to groom myself in order to be profitable. I liked and trusted these people. I did not think they would do this to me or any of the other wonderful people who have purchased this franchise. They made sure all of the legal language in the contract is in thier favor, so I am out of luck.

Now that they have all of my life savings, I am sure they want me to simply fade off into the sunset. I won't do this without a fight. I hope to save anyone else who may be tempted to invest in this company to avoid it at all costs.

All I want to do is groom people's dogs and cats and be modestly profitable. I love my business, and wanted to do this for a very long time. My groomers are the best, and I wanted to continue with them for years. Without a miracle, this will not be possible.
