Never sent out item, $375 down the drain

I ordered an 18k white gold Diamond Pendant for my wife in December from Skyfacet. The order confirmation that was sent said that the item would be delivered around the 16th of December but the item never showed up. I have sent over 20 emails and placed over 15 calls to continuously check on my promised return of funds. Every time I call I get more BS from one of the sales reps that the $375 that I had spent with this company was already sent out or they would resent the check because it must have gotten lost in the mail. After almost a year I posted a complaint on another site and surprisingly I received an email from the company. I have posted it below to show you just exactly how much Skyfacet show their true concern for their consumers. Not only did I receive this email but at the same time I received this warning, the other negative comments on the site I posted on prior were all erased, go figure.
Another case of blackmail. No thanks!
This must be removed in order for us to send a check to refund you. We can send you a check but there will be a few stipulations:
1. You may never communicate negatively about Sky Facet in any way shape or form.
2. You must remove all negative posts and complaints.
