Received Fake Uggs and cannot contact company to return

My husband ordered Uggs for me for Christmas and we received them from www.bachmall.com. They were obviously shipped from China and fake, and after going online to research the company we see there are others out there who've had the same experience with the company.

We have both emailed the company many times in the last two weeks, and received no contact back. Their website phone number listed is disconnected or is a fake. It is close to impossible to contact them, at least we have not found a way.
I feel terrible because we've been hit by the hard times in the economy, and my husband was trying to order something nice for me, and now we have fake Uggs on our hands. We will be trying to get our money back and continue to contact them, but I am not optimistic.

DO NOT order from this company, they claim free shipping and returns as well, and obviously are a scam.
