Unauthorized deduction from my debit card, they have taken $15.95 the last 2 months

I went on the website and it indicated that I could get my credit report for FREE. I printed off my report and then I have had $15.95 deducted from my debit card for the last 2 months which I did not authorize.
I am living on unemployment and would never authorize such a thing.
Please help me to resolve this issue.
