Charged me more than $2500 and has severely damaged my credit report

I was going through my credit report and found out that a company by the name of Ab acount has charged me more than $2500. I have never ever heard of this company and when I searched online, they have a fake address and phone number. Also, when I tried to dispute their charge, the options never showed up as their phone number and address do not exist. This has severly damaged my credit report and I earnestly request that this company be investigated and taken off my credit report immediately.
