Unethical and Illegal

I was contacted by Mailbox Magazine who said that I was a finalist in the sweepstakes. I fell for it! Anyway, they contacted me and told me that as a finalist, I would be receiving a womens diamond watch and 3 magazines of my choice from a list of magazines and get a 4th one at a 'discounted' price, to 'help' to defray costs of only $59.80 for a 5 year subscription. I asked multiple times if the total was $59.80 and was assued that it was and that it was paid in 16 installments. When the first installment hit the bank it was for the full $59.80. I immediately called and said that this was NOT what I was told and that I could in no way afford 16 payments of $60 each. I was told that once the order was placed, it would be NON-CANCELLABLE. (That's illegal!) I explained that this was not told to me and that not only could I not afford it, but I didn't WANT it. She said that since the order had already been placed the order and told me to think about. She was able to change the price for me but couldn't cancel my order. I too realized, that I had been scammed. My story is just like the one I read on your website. I have tried on numerous occassions to cancel this account only to be told that it can't be cancelled. I have since lost my house and am unemployed and still they won't cancel the account. I don't know what else to do.
