SB-Dunk.com is a Retail Shop, Out Of Stock, Will Not Give My Money Back

I found this Puma shoe that is not being produced any longer by the Puma company on this website, (SB-dunk.com). The particular shoe is the, (Grit Cat 3) shoe by Puma.

SB-dunk assured my purchase by sending emails of the current processing time to the email provided.

I ordered the shoes on December 17. I was waiting the items for about two weeks when I started to wonder what was going on.

So I emailed SB-dunk for a explanation. SB-dunk replied that the items were now "Out of Stock". This is funny, because when I went through the ordering process, everything was "In Stock".

SB-dunk had falsely advertised a product on their website. If the company had any organization and accountability, these screw ups would not be so obvious.

After multiple emails back and fourth, I am still without my refund. The date is January 11.

I recommend staying as far as possible from this company. What company does not provide a phone number or a location. This is definitely a shady company.
