Jones moving company broke valuable items during move and was to reimburse me with a check for $100.00

Jones moving company has moved me on three occassions and i have referred them to two of my friends because i "thought" they were a reputable company.

I moved in the middle of october. When we got to my final destination of the move the movers unloaded the truck. To my surprise my file cabinet was trashed, my recliner chair was so badly stained with tire marks from their dolly. All of my fine china was broken in pieces. Nothing could be repaired. Mr. Steven jones owner of the company took 2 weeks to respond to my complaints with several calls and emails made. Mr. Steven jones told me he would like to come out to take a look at the damage that was done by his two movers that moved me. Mr. Jones agreed to have the work repaired and replaced. Mr. Jones said he would give me $100. O0 for the fine china that was broken into a million pieces. He came out with his brother in law and son to replace my file cabinet and clean my recliner chair. At that time mr. Steven jones asked me for my address again because he wanted to send the $100.00 check to me for the china that was broken. He guaranteed that i would have that check no later than december 27. I have yet of course to receive it. I have made several calls, sent severals emails with no response to either.
