Took more funds from my account after cancelling their services

Talked with customer support representatives on 11/23/09 to prevent all of the automatic withdrawls from my consideration and remitted in my experience. Heartbeat and MVQ Privacy Issues 123 would be the two cos. Which were asking for their services. (BTW: I don't actually understand what services they offer, since I don't remember registering due to their providers) They equally happily returned my cash on 11/24/09, however proceeded to cost me for Budget Savers for 2 more funds (December and Jan). After I named them today (1/8/10), I spoke with a Membership Svcs Rep named Lori, who stated my membership was cancelled as of today; however, I could not get my charges refunded to me through her practices. Discounts need a notice to be delivered, an application to become completed and delivered, by having an expectancy of the reimbursement in 7 months. She further mentioned this account was individual in the additional subscriptions by which I'd enrolled, therefore wasn't terminated on my past telephone call. I don't actually remember signing up for any subscriptions that will add up to regular costs of $80.00 monthly. And that I am sure that I did so, certainly, stop Budget Savers in Nov. I came across this criticism website by requesting in Nov. Who'd pay attention to my criticism and that's why I'm writing-you. I've stored records of all of the connections to whom I talked within my telephone calls. These connections which criticism type have today comsumed about two hours of my period. I've never in my own existence of 30 years of monetary freedom created a problem notice in regards to a business before today. If futher inquiries, please contact me through this email. Thanks.
