Scam-deceptive practices-worthless money back guarantee

I tried this offer in late 2008 and early 2009. I mailed out 350 pieces at a cost of over 300.00. Yes over three hundred dollars U.S. Money. They sent me the same letter requiring 50 sales before they would reimburse my expenses. They changed their story after i mailed their "product" for little or no cost to them. I did receive two checks for 10 dollars each. So i lost at least 280 dollars. And i did receive in the mail the very same letter that i was mailing with someone else' code number on it. So this is a total scam. They make their money off suckers like me. Do not send these people one single penny,
you will be out of pocket, and you will feel like a fool. The owner finally posted in his own defense. I would like to see his financial records.
