Ms. Hault NorthEast Firm Strikes again

I was contacted by a Ms Hault before Christmas stating that my past bank had teamed up with a payday loan I had not paid. It was true i forgot about the loan and then she said i was going to be sued. She said they would settle for half of the amount due, and that i could make payments. I wish i had seen this site before paying. They have taken two payments already. One of 99.00 and the other just recently 250.00.
Any advice out there on how to pursue with the proper authorities? Where do i go?
