Ripoff deception the business that doesnt give a dam uses DECEPTIVE ELECTRONIC CHECKOUT BUTTONS

I was preparing to pay for an item I was buying from
an Ebay electronic store named HardDriveOutlet. HDO uses
the services of Andale to have the sales to their customers processed.

When I was exploring the Andale electronic checkout service, I accidentally authorized a payment from my credit card (my bank credit card). I had hit only a CONTINUE button and the next screen informed me that my authorization had been successfully made. I was only exploring the service (it was my first time to use such a service} to be prepared to use it when my paycheck arrived a few days later.

Andale had no SUBMIT button, which are standardly used so customers can be as sure as possible that no mistakes are being made when electronic transfer of funds are involved. Makes sense.

I was unable to stop the process I had accidentally set in motion a few days early and my paycheck deposit was credited to my account one day AFTER the Andale squeezed payment was posted, causing a NSF fee of $93.00 to be taken out of my account.

After too much effort, I was able to get the email address of Mr. Dan Russo (a vice-president of customer services at Andale) through a customer service worker at HDO, and even that, only after I got a telephone number from Ebay and when my VOICE MAIL was finally answered by the HDO worker mentioned above,

I took great care to compose a very clear email to Mr. Dan Russo to complain about his company's apparently deceptive practice of having a SUBMIT button masquerade as a CONTINUE button, which had caused this customer unnecessary grief and money.

The defenses began going up and I have yet to get any resoponse from Mr. Russo. He forwarded my email to a company word conman to try to completely avoid my complaint. I feel like a lawsuit must be needed to get any fair, honest response from Mr. Russo Andale.
