This is a really bad company. I ordered a set of crystal goddess statues for my sister for Yule on December 16th. Now I knew I was cutting it close to the holidays but was hoping for my product to get there at least before the New Year.

It is now Jan 4 and I have yet to see my product. My account has been charged but I have failed to get my product, nor have I been able to contact anyone at Mystic Insight. I called the 888 number and you have to know the extension for the party you wish to speak too. That information was not given to me on the website. I wrote a few e-mails and they have gone unanswered.

I had a bad feeling when ordering them, that this was a rip off and I guess I was right. I am contacting the FTC and filing a complaint and my bank to see if I can get the charges reversed. I wrote Mystic Insight today and have given them 24 hours to respond. If I do not hear from them I shall proceed with my promised actions.

Stay away from this company, I don't believe they are real.
