Scum bag rip off idiots

This Company contacted me and asked if I wanted to be listed then faxed me something to verify my information. I was told that the listin was free and now they have apparently copied my signature over to an invoice, saying I agreed to the listing and billed me for 199.00.
I never would have agreed in the first place to pay them 199.00. I was told the listing was free. I was told if I wannted a copy of the publication I would than have to pay them some money and I told them I did not want a copy.
I wrote back on their invoicetold them it was BS and I was not going to pay.
They included no Phone #, no fax # and no website.
People like this ought to be blinded, have their hands and tongues cut off, have all thier assets (if you could find them) taken from them and then sent off to some isolated hell hole like Iran to rot away forever behind bars. Thwy do not deserve to be in this country. When will our officials stop all this fraud, greed and start getting serious about prosecuting these SOBs.
They are scum bags and the lowest life form on earth and should be squashed like bugs.
