Did not deliver a gift and did not provide a tracking number for UPS

I ordered a gift package from irresistablecharm on Dec 20 to be delivered Dec 28. This was a birthday present sent to New Orleans, LA. It was not received, but they did charge my account. There was no tracking number on my order. I have tried to contact this company with numerous emails, but they do not return my inquiries.
They are still advertising online. I would like others to know about this. This is the first time I have ever had trouble with online ordering.
