Fraudulent Billing - ripoff - beware!

Never heard of this company. Never applied for their service. They claim that i had purchased an herbal product over a year ago and that I authorized that company to set me up with their services. When I asked the name of the herbal company they claim not to know.

When I asked for paperwork that would show that I authorized them to charge my credit card they said they could not provide me with that and referred me to a P.O. Box address to address my issues. When I informed that

I never applied for their service and that I wanted to speak to someone regarding the matter and getting a refund, they stated that they could not issue a refund and that there was no one to speak with. That I would have to write to a p.O. Box address and that the director of customer service, Mr. Richard Harris, would write me back.
