Poor quality services and product

The services provided by Advantage Photogaphy and Admire Photography for our wedding were atrocious. The end photography and video product were nothing close to what we were promised or remotely similar to the sample photos we were shown. Don't fall for the kind smiles and promises of beautiful portraits. We ended up having no portraits that were usable and the video was so dark you couldn't even see us. Their little consumer handy cams didn't pick up the audio (which we were promised would use shotgun mics, however didn't). The most important parts of our wedding, vows, first kiss, candlelighting, walking down the aisle, cake cutting were all missed or mediocre at best. I was so disappointed that we don't have great memories to look at from that day. Their shooting was unorganized and our wedding party is frowning in every photo we took together. Unfortunate to say the least, sadenning and disappointing that I trusted them to capture our special day.
Jerry and Marge Ziemann and Kristi lack creativity, basic photography content experience and the ability to set up even the most basic family portraits. Our sittings were off center with everyone looking everywhere.
