I have also been ordering from this Company for over a year. I previosly had very little or no problem recieving my cigarette order. I ordered on December 3 this month as usual and have not recieved my package nor am I able to contact them. All of their sites show"Down for Maintenence and when the phone number is called I get a message machine that tells me nothing. I am out almost $1000.00 because I order for fiends and relatives. I do not know If their is anything I can do about this. It is bad enough to be out the money at all but being the holidays it is even worse. I cannot afford to buy presents for my 2 grandkids or anyone else because of course people will not pay me for what they did not recieve. I would not expect them to. There should be some kind of legal recourse available but I do not know what, and it would probably take 10 years anyway and I will be dead by then!!!
