I asked Gary Wickus to do some investigation into a business partner for me as I suspect that he is comitting fraud on company books and does not want to buy my shares in building we have together.
Gary Wickus asked for R 3000 upfront and promised that the case will be settled in two weeks, we are no sitting on six months and all he has done is "bulshitted" me with a sad soppy story everyweek. He has not yet delivered any service and I have asked him for a refund which he agreed but still no results.
I have tried and I have been patient, he took money for services he is not qualified or registered at a professional body to do investigation work, he has no license to investigate. He has offered a service under false pretences, stolen money from me without delivering a service and he has comitted fraud and should be prosecuted and jailed.
I am asking you to make sure that everybody knows that he should not be trusted and dont give him any money upfront as he does not deliver and is using his bullshitting skills to steal from you, he should be in jail. I want a full refund and he should not be in a position to even pretend to be a private investigator.
