TheHomeMag West Palm Beach FL LLC Deceitful selling practices, improperly charging credit card

Salesman came in and made all sorts of claims about how reputable their company was and bad talked all of the other advertising companies. He said he wanted my business and if i wanted to cancel I could after the 1st issue and also verbally assured me that he would not let a local competitor advertise in the magazine. This was all in front of a witness.
Low and Behold - the magazine came out and the local competior was in the magazine. He claimed he didn't know - but obviously during the layout of the magazine he would have known - but was deceitful and choose not to let me know. The contract stated I could cancel with 30 days notice. I cancelled even before the 1st issue was out and 34 days before the 2nd issue was due out. They then claimed that I could not get out of the 2nd issue.
They just charged my card and did not return and emails or calls.
They are even withholding the log of phone numbers and names of people that called for service using their tracking #. So even my money spent on the 1st issue is a waste. They are total con artist out to make a quick buck.
I would be very careful in dealing with this company.
