I've requested Skilled Color-Management, 11"x14", Display whole picture images twice today in the last 6 months. Both occasions they've all messed up by not displaying whole printing as well as the shade was not great. Why do they've the choice "display whole picture" if they're not likely to follow directions. And why can you purchase more for Skilled Color-Management when they have new individuals performing the colour fixing, if indeed they've anybody at-all doing it. I've been really dissatisfied using their professional printing support.
