Terrible Customer Service

Requested newly cut Christmas tree to become shipped 12/7 to 12/13. Delivered 12/9 from NC and supplied following number. E mailed 5 individual client repetitions and talked with 3 others. The following number was incorrect. Customer support explained (1) suppliers do not supply following figures; (2) have no idea where this originated from on our site; (3) despite all it'll be thereby 12/13 (Sunday) when advantages does not provide on Sunday so-call us afte 8pm on Sunday; (4) it's the best quantity and you ought to call-ups (I did so plus they explained the amount doesn't occur); etc., etc. Ultimately spoke to some boss on Wednesday and he or she found the amount was feedback incorrect and also the pine wouldn't appear n period. Rebated delivery cost... Smasll convenience to get a disabled kid who understood it'd be there for tree cutting on Sunday... An entirely inexperienced customer support division which merely does not care. WOULD NOT conduct business with this specific top end online store.
