No emails/no offers/fraud alert no offers/no emails/fraud alert/won't refund

We have contacted Realty Trade numerous times requesting whywe haven't received any offers. The representative replied we had received twooffers three months prior. This is FALSE! No emails were received. We are veryattentive to our emails, especially when it comes to how much we spent to offerthe property, and no such email was received. We verified the email addresswith the representative and it was correct and then requested a test email toverify that we could receive them from Realty Trade email server. No email wassent nor was it received. I have emailed to customer services and the originalsales person to resolve this and have yet to receive anything.
I paid almost $1800.00 to sell and/orrent this timeshare and have never received an offer or confirmation of anemail or resolve to our requests. We provided Realty Trade with all necessaryinformation and paid then in full promptly and we received nothing and evenmore grief when trying to resolve what is another means of deceptively marketinga service with no intent to provide a service. I want our moneyback in full to resolve this discrepancy with Realty Trade.
