There was an extra charge on my Verizon phone bill for $8.43. It was under Miscellaneous Charges and labeled as Mybilling Srvc Setup F I called the # on my bill 877-257-2455 and talked with someone in customer service, and they informed me it was from a 3rd party billing service. They told me it was for a voice mail service that was ordered on a website.
I said I did not order voice mail. They said it could of been from clicking on a free grocery coupon or a free gift card.
Its in the fine print under Terms and Conditions on the website. They are going to credit my account, which will take up to 2 billing cycles and blocked my phone # from being used again.
