Claudine Leger Assisted-Living Facility Former Director, Sun City Center Retirement

Claudine Alexander Leger, grew up in N.Y. State. She spent a lot of time hanging around a home that her grandparents ran for senior care. Claudine Alexander Leger proceeded to have several jobs in several cities before settling down with her husband and two children in Ruskin, Fl.
At one time, a picture was posted of Claudine Leger with her two children in the local paper explaining how she needed help getting a car. Hers had been stolen with two baby seats in the back for daughters that were much older than the "baby-stage".
She held a position at Benton House Assisted-Living Facility (new name: Belvedere), Ruskin/Sun City Center, Fl, where she had an old man sign over his car and his house to her. She paid him 100 hundred dollars for the transaction.
When, his daughter found out, she immediately rescued him and moved him to another facility. Claudine was fired from Benton House ALF for the elderly. She moved across the road to work at Sun City Retirement Residence.
As an employee she caused so much turmoil that her immediate boss gave the company an ultimatum. The long-employed director then decided to leave under the new foreign-owned ownership. Claudine was given the job as a Director of the ALF.
The facility was reported to the state-AHCA Division for sub-standard care and conditions on a 22-page report. With Claudine Leger in charge, the staff became less efficient and qualified. Claudine Leger failed to do back-ground checks on the staff.
The meals were watered-down and lacking in nutrition. The facility was infected with Staph-MRSA. Medicines were misplaced. Residents were physically and emotionally abused. Family members were intimadated by her. Rodents were visible in the kitchen. AHCA demanded that rugs be replaced in the facility, that were covered with fecal matter and food stains. The rooms were poorly maintained for the residents.
Claudine Alexander Leger has a sealed-record in the Hillsborough County Courthouse, Tampa, Fl referencing her charge on taking the house and the car from the old man for the amount of $100 in payment. Only a judge can have the record unsealed.
Claudine Alexander Leger is not qualified to be anywhere near the old and the frail seniors, in her care. She proceeds to find employment in facilities and in private homes.
The new manager of the facility, which changed its name, because of the AHCA-Fl. Report on it, questioned Claudine's accounting on the fees paid by clients or their representatives. The new manager made contact with the local bank to check those records.
Claudine Alexander Leger should never be hired to care for any human being, under any circumstance.
