My wife and i went to BIG LOTS in Anderson, In and when we walked in the door a lady politely asked us if we would like to have our pictures taken and it would only cost $10.00. After we signed up she then said there will also be a $6.00 sitting fee, which we paid. When we went back to get them they had chose the pose for the main picture not giving us the right to decide on what pose we wanted. Then when we got home my wife noticed that they had changed the color on her shirt from terquiose to blue. We called them and complained about it and the lady argued with me saying that they didnt change the color of her shirt. Not only that but they changed it to the point of removing my wifes tan making her look so white she almost looked albino. When i reported this to the woman she just asked well do you want me to make her as dark as me. The woman was african-american and my wife is extremely light complected without the tan. These people are rude and con-artists. Not to mention the fact that the man who was taking them simply had a digital camera and from time to time got a little too close.
