Beware, I took my 13 year old daughter to an open casting call with John Casablanca and the next day we were called and we were informed that she was selected. We went back so she could do her second interview, she had to resite a script that she remembered in less than 3 minutes the rep was very impress. We went into the reps office where she told me that she wants my daughter to move onto the next round which will consist of some training, I had no problem with this until she told me that it will cost me $2100. And I will be able to finace it if I didn't have the money up front. I jumped to it, I gave them $100. To hold my daughter spot in the class. We were so excited and having my daughter with me I just rushed into it not wanting to look like I was trying to shatter her dreams, Well when we returned home and explain everything to her dad and other family members I was informed that I should do my research on this company, long and behold I did and found other unsatisfied customer with stories similar to mine. I have been trying since October the 20 to get my refund back. Their policy is you have to send in a certified letter within 3 days to get back your refund but they didn't say it can take up to 4 weeks, well it is now December the 11th and I still haven't received my refund. I called and spoke to Derrick Hatcher numerous times and all he says is I will get in touch with corporate and see what happened when I asked for corp number I was told we can't give that number out. I was suppose to have receive my money last week friday or this week and still received nothing. So be carefull not to get caught up. I understand that if you want something you may have to pay, I don't have a problem with paying for something thats worth it and they couldn't even promise my daughter that she will get work once I paid this large amount of money $ 2100. Not including interest.
