Nancy Schroeter - Todd Schroeter sold me and my wife a house that he rebuilt and did not disclose all the work he did not complete

I have now noticed other individuals have been reporting Springfield Center Realty about non-disclosure and lying about properties that have sold or refurbished. Todd Schroeter and his wife Nancy have cost me and my wife approximately $100,000 in repairs to a house we purchased from them. Acting as broker/agent and builder this couple defrauded us in a farm property transaction. Electric, heat, foundation problems and repairs not to mention an improperly constructed pond have cost me and my wife lots of money. Living in a basic outward bound part of the country will little or no law to turn to (local law enforcement will not prosecute because they are personal friends of the Schroeters, therefore I have had to protect my identity) have left my wife and I wondering if we do actually live in the United States of America. A country suppossedly governed by laws. If I can save one buyer from using this family company to settle them in their retirement house like us, I feel I would have done a great service to the community at large.
