Fraudulant misrepresentation to aquire billing information

I first received a phone call from this company about a year ago. The caller represented them self as someone I had purchased magazine subscriptions from and due to computer problems, they lost my billing information and just needed to verify it with me, but before they would do that, I was asked to partake in a small survey in which one of the questions was very similar to..."in the past 18 months (or year) which would you say you use more, American Express, Master Card or Visa?" My answer was similar to, I only have Visa's" The phone call continued with the representative explaining that they would have to transfer me over to the manager for further information regarding my account with them.
Upon being transferred I was informed that there had been computer problems and could I confirm my; Name, Address (street, city, state and zip code), Date of birth, Telephone Number and lastly, my credit card number used for my magazine subscription billing. I then replied I wasn't sure which one I used, as I had a couple and could he tell me the last 4 digits. He explained that due to privacy policy, he could only say that the credit card I had initially used started with a 4. At the time I was not aware that only Visa credit cards start with the number 4. I then proceeded to give my credit card information, he then told me that I needed to, again, verify the information on a recording.
The one thing that made me stop and think, once the call had ended, was that my subscription total seemed higher than my initial agreement by $10. So I contacted the company in which I do legitimately have magazines delivered and asked why they had gone up. After about 5 minutes on the phone with them I had been informed that they NEVER contacted me and to cancel that subscription as soon as possible.
I tried to cancel and called for a month and got an answering machine recording time after time. When the charge appeared on my credit card I disputed it. The customer care representative of the credit card had me on a 3 way call with a Roberta, on March 9 and I explained that my information was obtain in a fraudulent and misrepresentation manor therefor there is no legal contract between us. My credit card company honored my dispute.
I received 2 notifications of delinquency from this company with no outlining product or service. I then sent a letter claiming harassment and requesting them to have no further contact with me. This request was not honored. They continue to contact me through their Florida office.
