Justin Davis, founder Deceptive, unreliable, refuses to respond to inquiries, thief

I ordered a product from Collegekrap.com 2 weeks ago and have had the money deducted from my account but never received my product. I have attempted to contact the owner numerous time via email and phone over the past week, but received no response from any of my attempts.

Justin Davis claims to be a business oriented guy, but how can you take someone's money and dodge them when they come looking for what they paid for? Granted, the cost was under $50, but if I paid for something, I want it.

I have already filed a dispute wih Paypal which is who I had to make payment through. I also contacted my bank in addition. I cannot figure out what else to do. At this point I would just like my money back, but I would have to be able to get ahold of Justin Davis first, which is virtually impossible. Does he really exist? I'm starting to wonder.
