Says they will find you a government job in wildlife

This company advertised in Career Builder. They said for $119.00, $110.00 refundable if you fail the test, they would help you through the process of gaining federal employment in the wildlife field, park ranger, game warden, etc. Man on the phone said that Illinois needed game wardens and park rangers and that Obama had made qualifications easier due to demand. He said to follow directions I would receive and send my resume in to a recruiter. I went ahead and gave my credit card number.in a week, i received a phone call from someone telling me to study the materials they were sending me. I received a disc, which had sample tests and hundreds of government websites, much of the information was repeated. I then sent in my resume. After not hearing anything, I called the customer service number several times to find out the process. Finally someone called me back and said that I would hear back from a recruiter by the end of the week. Two weeks went by and I called them again. This time I got a recorded message saying the phone number had been changed. I called the new number, not toll free this time, and left a message requesting a recruiter call me. After two more weeks, I called again. This time there was ring, no answer. Tried again the next day, still no answer.
