As requested in your letter on 7/3/03 I am replying to your questions:

The point c) has not been followed as after only 13 days I received the following e-mail:

Of course as point c) was not done, point d) could not have been done

Consult:
- Only two client (myself) overviews have been done in the first two months of the search, one with Mr Greg Cynaumon, one with Paul Black. Even I do not meet at anytime Debra who was supposed to replace Steve Frame and assit me in my research
- No technical interview

Job Lead Access:
b) and c) have not been done as I never get any feed-back from anybody, Geneva or the Client. There was no follow-up at all.

As I know that you do not guarantee interview of jobs, you guarantee a full refund after six months if all tries failed.

As already sent to you the letter from American Express confirming that they keep track of client only three months not two years as you wrote. So they refuse the refund from their side.

As it seems you are also refusing on your side to read the document sent to you I am just informing you that I have joined your numerous complainers to the court.

As I paid with a credit card, I called up your credit card company immediately after your letter. I sent them a copy of the file to them also and a detailed letter explaining each violation of the written contract and that I wanted my payment cancelled and the employment services company investigated for fraud.

I filed a Small Claims lawsuit in the Harbor Justice Center in Irvine against Geneva Cross, Geneva Search Greg Cynaumon, Paul R, Black, Steve Frame, for the full amount of your claim plus damages up to a total of $3,900. I asked them to deliver the subpoena by a uniformed Marshall.

I talked also to Fox 11 which is following your companies for long time.
