Evaluation Solutions is a fly by night company. It is impossible to get a live person to speak to on the phone, the manager doesn't even return calls, and the people that work there all sound like they are strait out of high school. I was even told by one of them via: e-mail only that she couldn't call me and was not allowed to call, only communicate by e-mail. I gave them a try before I knew how bad they were and have never gotten paid for my BPO. I have tried several times contacting them. Their main voicemail believe it or not always gives me a message that it is full. I actually did get someone after many attemps and she actually forwarded me over to the accounting dept and I did get an e-mail that my check would be sent out right away. I never got it. I have replied to this person in the accounting dept and never got a reply. Sorry... We shouldn't be treated like this. What do they think we are?
