I just found a fruadulent charge on my credit card statement-this company is not answering the phone-was on hold for 42 mins and finally gave up! I've never heard of this co.!

I cannot begin to figure out how this 'company' got my credit card #!!! It's a 'pending' charge, so I have to wait until it posts for B. Of A. To take action. I was told to call the 'company' to see if they will reverse the hold on my account. I was on hold -no kidding - for 42 minutes then I realized that it's likely such a fraudulent company there is no one there live! They don't even exist! Who knows what # I just spent almost an hour waiting on. I had to cxl my card and now I have to wait till it posts to get my $ back. The website CLAIMS that it takes only $19.95 to join - I ck'd it after I saw my statement. They charged me $74.97!! That doesn't make a bit of sense.
If you are lucky enough to get through to someone live DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE W / YOUR ACCOUNT AND PERSONAL INFO!!! I did NOT EVER apply to any company by this name for ANYthing and they stole $nearly $75.00 from me.
