Kim Maruyama a is highly clever, conniving, underhanded agent and is just overall dishonest. Many people have complained about her, yet nothing has been done. She has stolen clients, given out strictly confidential information (illegally) to third parties, plagiarized photographer's photographs, false-advertised listings, and blatantly lied to escrow officers and clients.
