Charged my card, no response, no item received, nothing

I ordered my item from this company on Saturday, November 14. They sent me a receipt email, and a vacation reply 2 times. Couple days later they sent me the same exact email. I checked the status of the order, and it said will ship 4-7 days. It said that again the following week.

I have tried sending this company about 8 emails. THe first couple went through, with a vaction reply response, now every time I said an email all I get is a mailer-deamon failure thing that comes back to me. I can no longer reach them through email. THey will not respond, ship my item or give me a refund. It makes me sick, there is nothing else I can do. They took my money, and disappeared like that. Do not order from them!
